#ParqueDasNações

The site of the 1998 International Exhibition, Expo 98, the Parque das Nações (Park of the Nations) is a former industrial wasteland that is now home to a number of leisure facilities, a major train station, a large shopping centre, restaurants, cafés, exhibition centres, concert halls, an oceanarium, cable car, a five-star hotel (my wife’s favourite hotel) and much more. It is a fairly pleasant place to spend a few hours if you don’t mind a constant stream of joggers and people on electric scooters.
